Recitation

Murattal is measured and even; mujawwad is slower and more elaborate. Neither is a better recording of the other — they are different recitations.

Transliteration

Transliteration is a reading aid, not a pronunciation guide. No writing system outside Arabic can represent Quranic pronunciation exactly, and reciting from it will not be accurate. Learn from a qualified teacher and from recitation.

Quranic Duas

Duas whose wording is in the Quran itself, shown with the complete passage, its context, and visible sources. Duas taught in authentic hadith will live in a separate, clearly labeled collection and are never mixed in here.
